You? Feel overwhelmed, tired, and fed up of trying to work out what to do next.
It seems like you’re going through not just one, but lots of changes at the moment. Maybe your health has taken a big hit, or your work situation has unexpectedly changed, or your relationships to those around you are feeling less secure. Maybe a combination of these – it’s all joy here isn’t it….
The thing is, you’re someone who usually has it all together and you don’t want to feel this way right now.
You’re someone who usually knows the direction to go in or the option to take but at the moment it’s not clear and they’re not presenting themselves.
Really, you want to get back to the you that you like. And I can help with that.
The work I do now was developed out of my professional health background. However primarily it came from a cancer diagnosis at 30. A time when life felt like it was just beginning to grow.
This was an experience that shook me to the core. It made me question everything and it forced me to be in a state that I hated and couldn’t see myself out of.
I hated being told I’d eventually feel differently because I couldn’t see it.
I hated how angry I felt and I hated how I was told to accept where I was because I couldn’t, wouldn’t and felt I shouldn’t have to.
But you know what? It changed.
It changed, with learning about myself, how I responded to challenges and how I could regain control. Things I now help others find and develop.

My experience to support you:
I’ve supported people’s health and wellbeing for nearly 20 years in the NHS, charities and through my private practice. I love working with people to bring out the best in them, understand what makes them tick and how they’re going to act on all the ideas and creativity they remember they have.
We’re so often told not to think in certain ways, but if we’re given permission to, we often come up with brilliant new options for changing things up and finding out what our path is ourselves.
If you’d like to move forward from the stuck and overwhelming place you feel in now, to feel resilient, calm and with a plan you can carry out for life, get in touch.
How do you get there? Through coaching, workshops or my cancer specific support programme.
